Peggy in the Car at Delamere Forest
Hi fellow doggies and doggie owners. My name is Peggy and I am a Whippet X-Breed and I am 10 years old. I live in Haydock with mum Gill & dad Michael. I have lived with them since June 2004 because I was mum’s 30th birthday present from dad.
They resuced me from Leigh Animal Sanctuary and when they first brought me home I was dead skinny and you could see my ribs and everything. I was always nervous and worried and would shake terribly everytime something new happened.
However, I am all better now and can sit and stay and I don’t worry so much when mum & dad go out anymore – although I still really don’t like the postman very much! I love going for walks and my favourite place in the world is the forest as I can chase bunny rabbits and squirrels all I want to.
